About Lowe's Garden Center

Lowe's Garden Center is a garden center in Saugus, Massachusetts. It is listed at 1500 Broadway, Saugus, MA 01906, which places it among the local businesses of Saugus that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

In Saugus, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Massachusetts, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. Its Google rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 20 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Saugus is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Saugus follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Huge place with everything you need but sometimes it’s hard to find an employee to help out. Just use the app to find what you need.

Lowes cannot find out what they have without a item # can't just type in the name of the product only if you have an item #....that cost them a large sale.

I like Lowes as they have pretty much every thing you could possibly need. The only complaint I have is there is never anyone to help you! I don't want to have to go searching for an employee! Not sure why it is so hard to have at least one person in each department! When you do finally find someone the department you need assistance in is not their department.

Not very busy, and you would think the staff would be friendlier. Some are, some ( Judy, and someone yesterday) not so much.

They were out of mulch. Had to travel a distance to find some on sale at another Lowes. Looking for small pot geraniums. They only had larger, expensive ones.
